General Information

Dr. Nasrin Ejtemaee is a board certified Family Physician with more than 15 years experience.

We provide care for people of all ages and variety of medical problems.

Appointments

Call 703-893-8345 for our appointments secretary. The appropriate appointment for the proper amount of time will be made for you. Routine appointments are fifteen minutes, but you may ask for or be given more time if it is necessary.

If you can not keep an appointment you must call as soon as possible to cancel the appointment. We strongly recommend a complete history and physical examination when you become a patient in our practice.

  If hospitalization should be necessary, use Fairfax or Fair Oaks Hospital. If you must go to an emergency room without calling us first, please go to the above mentioned emergency room so that if hospitalization is necessary, we may take care of you there.

 

Our General Policy

Test results:
We do not notify patients of normal test results. Physician will only notify a patient of an abnormal test result.
You may call 703-893-8345 for verification of normal test results.

Referrals:
PCP (Primary Care Physician) cannot give a referral to a patient without an examination. Referrals need 48 hours to process.

Fees & Insurance:
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care. Fees are to be paid in full at the time of the visit unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience we accept Master Card, VISA, AE cards.
